The teacher needs to be well prepared, know the subject and be able to bring the knowledge to his students

In this section we learned how to communicate easily with students and to identify the different types of students and how to resolve certain conflicts, they also explain how to obtain records of all the information of the course

This part was important because we learned about promoting asynchronous and synchronous debates and how to give feedback to the student

we learned the importance of projecting our authority and influence as an online instructor so that the student feels motivated during the course

In this module I learned that the online instructor must know how to use the CMS because that way he can design the class in a way that the student feels motivated.
