The importance of course participation and identifying the types of students who facilitate and promote it and vice versa, so as to have the authority to handle these conflicts when they arise, is crucial. And we must identify those students who for various reasons are candidates for dropping out of the course and support them in time.

As an instructor it is important to know the student in order to influence and motivate them in their studies. Students must know about the career and professional experience of their teacher and vice versa. This will generate confidence and security in which we can support them.

As an instructor, know the importance of the structure of the subject, the thematic axes and the activities to be carried out in the learning sessions. Likewise, the strategies to follow to teach the content and the considerations to have in the evaluations that must be carried out and consider what is indicated in the topic.
