Activity

I have to consider if digital art can be thought of a simulation of more traditional art making.

As humans we learn best through "play" and games in the learning environment make sense to me, but it will take me time and thought to develop entriguing 'games' for my class.

I run a choice based classroom at the high school level, but was unsure how to impliment choice at the middle school level.  I felt that this age group lacked the maturity and that I needed to focus on skill development.  Gamification in the classroom is the answer I have been searching for.   GAME ON.

My goal to treat every student fairly and with kindness.

Language is the articulation of the culture.

I like to use student stories and experiences in the learning journey

 

 

I will model inclusive behavior

Literacy is life long learning.  Literacy is not just a subject are, but rather a collection of foundational skills.

As technology consumers we all need to develop critical thinking skills and analyze the information presented to us online.

digital environment is our student's literature and video games are the stories that they are learning.
