Clean communication sets the foundation for everything. 

This model taught me that applying someone’s presence in person helps recognize their communication style more online. Have an instructor in person will help you read their demeanor and cues, so if assigning online work or communicating outside of class you can properly convey exactly what they want from you. 

This module taught me that with the growth in online learning and education that means as an educator I need to make sure I am adequately trained and well versed in understanding the material and struggles that may arise. The younger generation is use to utilizing online learning techniques, but it should be attainable to all ages. 

This module has taught me that communication really is the mist important for a healthy climate and relationship with your students. As an educator making sure everyone is comfortable and on the same page sets up a space that is ready to be sat in for learning day in and day out.
