Accommodation vs. modification 

I'm glad to have the details in this section so I can help the students around me more. I see these issues everyday just didn't know how to deal with them. 

I have to say that I have been one of those students that was left behind and fully understand the issue. I now can see that just one small step missed can hurt someone a lifetime.

There are many ways students learn and many techniques we should learn about to help others

CAT is something I will have to dig a littler deeper into because it seems to be something that could change the course of some students

Talking with students to see how they learn will help me to see who needs something different then you are used to teaching. 

This helped remind me how I had to learn things. Made me look back to see what happened to me so I can help some students like me. 

Always admit when I'm wrong and make it a teachable time. Students need to be able to see that even as a professional we can make mistakes but how we handle it is what makes the difference.

If opportunity is there most will take easy street.
