In teaching students, I will try harder to recognize their strengths and use those to lift them up when they are struggling to learn some of the more technical things I teach.

My credentials go a long way to in making students comfortable with my teaching, and learning about each student will help me connect with them and make them feel like my interest in there education is sincere. I plan on using the bio strategy to get to know about students and letting them learn a little about myself. I believe these personal touches will make everyone more comfortable with communicating with each other.

That it is most important to maintain above average online communication so as to keep the students involved in the course.  With that being said, familiarization with the CMS is key. Understanding how is to navigate will not only increase my ability to teach but it will also increase my ability to ensure the students are learning.
