I have learned that multiple types of feedback from our stakeholders (such as students, teachers, administrators, etc.) are important when redesigning a course.

I have learned that feedback is important to our students.  Generic feedback can be used sometimes.  However, detailed and specific feedback is more beneficial for our students.

I have learned the importance of a dynamic syllabus and how it would benefit our students.  However, I think it would have been more beneficial if we could have seen what a dynamic syllabus looks like.

I have learned about the importance of creating a database and how this database can save time.

Keeping an updated gradebook is important because students are interested in knowing where they stand in the class.

Giving a pretest can help decide what other activities must be done in the beginning of class.

I would like to learn how to make my Power Point presentations more efficient as I lecture to my students.

Good preparation is the key for good instruction.

I sometimes also have problems remembering students' names. However, I have found that when I put students in assigned seats, it is a lot easier to remember students' names.

I like the idea of putting students in smaller groups.
