I learned more about conflict resolution, which should not be an issue as I was an instructor in the military so keeping everyone actively engaged, assisting with anything that may arise in their personal lives that may interfere with their studies, etc. and how important these skills are in an online learning environment

I learned about the different types of students and ways to reach them be it someone who is an avoidant student, a competitive one, or one who is dependent. 

I've learned several ways to connect with the students and get them engaged and keep them actively learning.

I've learned that when you're prepared and set your students up for success, there's no way that they can fail, provided that they feel they have a supportive learning base and that starts with me.
