No matter what generation you are from! All students should have the ability to learn and grow!

Definitely generations Y and Z are very connected to technology, so much that teaching methodology needs to be developed with that in mind.

Being able to interact with different generations and bring them all together as one.

As an instructor I need to re evaluate my perspective of students now from what I taught 20 years ago!! I’ll be very beneficial for today’s generations!!

To understand that each generation is unique in so many different ways. This will help understand better the why’s of the students.
