Technology is a great tool that allows our students to connect with each other and us.  It provides opportunities for meetings and tutoring outside of brick and mortar.  

Providing clear and concise communication is essential to a student's success. 

keep things brief and concise.  time is a precious commodity and it's important to keep the audience's attention. 

First impressions are everything.  Set the tone of the course in the beginning. 

Failure to plan is planning to fail.  The path to success is paved with planning and preparation.  We as educators owe our students clear guidance. 

In order to be an effective educator, I need to keep learning and keep my mind and eyes open to the needs of my students.
