Asynchronous conversations are intended for one student at a time. Usually when they are not understanding something. Synchronous conversations occur with all students.

A good way to start the e-learning way is to ask students to share a small biography on them with their interests, what they like to be called and some important or fun information about them.

Teaching online requires us teachers to learn the system we are using as well as learning how to do and delete certain things from the system to better assist us.

Effectively written tests help students really understand the subject matter. 

Effective teachers ask a variety of different questions and at different levels.

Flipped model classroom can be very beneficial for students and can actually help them get engaged more.

Starting class with objectives and class activities will make the class more interesting and will flow smoother for students. Also, closing the class/lecture by reviewing what we learned will help students retain the information longer.
