On time grading/feedback is integral to the online course space.

I have to admit that I have never utilized guest speakers and i think this would be a great addition to my courses as there are so many possibilities.

I learned something new regarding the first time this was offered in the 1700s. I love technology and where we have come to with online learning. It really facilitates different learners depending on how well the course is built to be engaging.  No one likes to take boring courses.
