Activity

Each student learns differently. Therefore, it is important to lay out the course, give frequent reminders of what is due and when, praise those that have completed the work in a timely fashion, gently remind those who are late, ask if they need further assistance or clarification of the course material.

I have learned that looking at the classroom environment from the student's perspective is important to foster a safe learning expereince for the student

Value added is valuable to imporve studwnt learning by improving upon their individual levels of intellect

objective and subjective assessmets are equally important

Its as important to assess pre and post for a better overall understanding what stuswntents know before and after a course is com;leted

Feedback from students are as important as the breadth of knowledge of the iinstructor

studnets may be doistracted by outside variables, thus individuall attention to all stusdents are a necessary component to success

Post encouranging feedback

I lesrned hoe to effectively learn about the studnets individually. This uldsa conneection
