Activity

I learned that regardless of if you are up to date with rules, regulations, documents, manuals, etc. It is still important to attend all meetings and trainings offered. I intend to participate in as many trainings and meetings as I possibly can while serving as director of admissions at the institute.

 

I learned that you should ask for a copy of every place your school is advertising so that you are familiar with the ads and can report to the marketing director which one's were the most successfull/least successful. 

 

I learned that there is a lot of paperwork involved in the admission process and the best thing to do when you start presenting the paperwork is to first fill it out yourself that way if their are any "snags" questions or conerns that need to be addressed by the new student regarding the paperwork, you can do so with confidence having understood it and done it yourself already. When I get a copy of the paperwork I intend to fill it out and have my husband fill it out as well to get a secondary point of view on… >>>

I am new to the administrative director position at our school that my company is creating. In this module I learned the importance of keeping a "Resource Notebook" AND how to organize it. I learned that in order to do my job successfully I must be an "expert representative" for my prospective students, and their families. I learned that even though the class is taken one time, it is MY soul responsibility to make sure all the rules, compliance, and regulations are constantly up to date as they are ever changing. I will do this regularly by checking the websites… >>>
