It is crucial that the Admissions Department be able to develop a framework aimed at unifying and streamlining its processes, thereby rendering the ethical conduct of these processes more viable and reliable. Admissions is really the area that can built the connection with the students, providing the information and giving advices to the students.

Very interesting this chapter.  I learned that all start in the front desk.  Never assume about the students.  The communication skill are one way to continue growing like AR.  The Experts on their lives are the students.

The Social Media is a big way for Ad but we must to do the promotion following the rules and guidelines established.  Other thing a Representative must be ethic, has integrity and knows every detail of the process of the institution.

All Departments must know the guidelines established by the Federal Department of education.  The integrity and ethic are essential part in the Enrollment process.  Admission is the main way to give the better orientation to the Lead so this is one professional in development.

The importance of transparent advertising.  Admission Department has an active participation and responsability.  Must be very clear with the process and the compliant with the rules.

I have learned the description of each department. The process that I must take into account in cases of credit or transfer. Differences between Licensing and Accreditation. I begin to apply it by reviewing and updating them informatively
