Guided notes and apps are useful accomodations for students with learning differences.  Also, I did not realize that providing questions with multiple answers at first would help lead a student with disabilities to find the answer to a specific question. 

Disabilities can affect the person in and out of school.  Students may avoid post-secondary education due to challenges in early education. Accommodations and modifications are implemented to help the student be successful.

I learned about the different ways the disabilities present themselves and what behaviors to look out for.

I learned about the process of learning to read and the challenges faced by students with disabilities in this area.
