It's important to assess student learning before developing E-learning programs. Designs and development of such programs depend on appropriate learning content and student/instructor expectations. 

Develop additional instructional material and feedback based on productive discussions to simulate learning expereinces relevant to learning.

Keep the class and students engaged by having a questioning technique and mindset, and learn to differentiate and apply synchronus and asynchronus conversations. 

 Learning modules and subtopics within those modules helps structure and organize the instructor's lesson plan and overall class presentation so that the material flows smoothly. 

In addition to the content and material given at your respective higher learning institution, a certain amount of technical, institutuional, and personal knowlege is required to develop your own personal style. One of the most important elements of being an effective educator is your ability to deliver quality instruction based on credible experience through motivating style.
