Really have learned that what I say is often Not what others hear!  Self awareness is is something I need to constantly strive to achieve, and awareness of others is also a moving target

Bottom line, people are complex, and no one fits into any one box.  It is all about generating interest and making connections

So easily overlooked so often, the importance of developing strong social skills & being able to connect with others
