Encouraging and assigning group works with students outside the classroom always gives good results.

You need to understand learner's way of learning and understanding.  That will increase the efficiency of your teaching style.

Very useful that I can understand the various types of learners including the musical one....

Learnt that they are different kinds of learners, and on has to teach to include all of them.

Need to develop good lesson plans.

Prepare for any adversaries

Use computers and take advantage of the digital technology

Making preplans is a must

Practice your project you are going to show to the students

Use different teaching styles

Use computer technology to your advantage

Getting to the students and their interests in the first class will be beneficial in the long run.

Try to make the class more comfortable and understanding that the goals of the student for the class

can be accomplished. 

It is suggested to be well prepared even before the first day of the class....

Lesson plans, clear objectives, good classroom envt.; knowing the names of the students; coming to the class early to meet and greet the students; etc.

What are the important things to remember to be a good teaching professional?
