About me

Dr. Cheryl Dunlap earned a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Houston and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Texas Chiropractic College.  Dr. Dunlap had a private practice for seven years.  She has taught Biology, Anatomy, Physiology, and Microbiology with Houston Community College for six years.  In addition, Dr. Dunlap has taught Medical Assisting courses for 10 years.  She has been CPR Instructor trainer for four years and a BLS Instructor for 10 years.  Dr. Dunlap is a proponent of preventive medicine.  She hosted and co-hosted a radio show discussing preventive health care for three years and hosted health fairs for S.H.A.P.E. community center for two years.  Currently, Dr. Dunlap is the Medical Assisting Program Chair and Allied Health Program Chair at Sanford Brown College in Houston, Texas.
