I agree completely! I am a subject matter expert in my field and am now just beggining to educate on the subject in which I am so passionate about! These classes are helping me to understand how I want to present the material that has become so easy for me to carry out in the workplace!

I often see my students mouthing the answers but will not speak up, so I look very carefully and say, "that sounded like the correct answer, can you say a little louder so everyone can here" I have a small class so my eyes are wandering the room continuously!

I completely agree. THe four components to be an effective instructor was a great clip! I enjoy the videos and I enjoy to see how such experienced educators present their content!
