I learnt some tips to maintain the right level of communication with my class and be able to face some conflicts if any.

I underdstood the difference between synchronous and asynchronous discussions. Also how it is important to provide feedback to students and be careful on how to address it especially in the online environment.

I learned how it is important to always stay connected with the students through an effective virtual communication.

To succeed as online instructor, it is important to keep a to-do list reminding us all the tasks we have to daily/weekly perform and the deadline of each module. Understanding the online platform is a key to be efficient and to ensure the best learning experience for our students.
