Alot to take in . I learned alot of vital information that is important to my working within college world and Federal and state statutes.

Its very important for all to  learn how to effectively listen and communicate feelings and views in respectful ways. Respect self and others  is key. Communication goes both ways: listening and responding properly causing no harm.
