I like the concept that a team can be comprised of team workers and shapers, but too many of either can be detrimental to a team. In the future, I will make sure I assign the correct task to the best team member than can complete the task.

There is no need to fear conflict because when healthy, it can be a great teacher.

When communicating with students from different generations, I learned it is most important to understand it's not about me.  In order for the message to be effective, I should incorporate preferences of the receiver.

• I learned many things in this module, but one concept stood out the most.  No matter how different each generation, each has an affinity for learning, and is constantly sharing with one another.
