Student evaluations can be used to revise the course; but it cannot stand alone.

Rubrics should be used so students will know what is expected.  Rubrics should be clear and succinct.

I learned that the syllabus must have thorough information in order for the students to know what is expected of them in the course.  The instructor must be prepared and ensure that the students are ready for class.

Instructors should have a consistent module format.  Communication with the audience is also key.
