Be prepared, regarding findings. Don’t argue and watch your tone of voice if final results are in disagreement. Discuss possible response or corrective action plans. 

Be prepared, to provide the requested items. Be aware of interviews during the visit. Follow the do’s and don’ts during the interveiw. 

It is important that the point of contact, as well as the back up point of contact, be well informed as to the institutions policies and procedures. Both should be campus level employees. The institution should also have established protocol’s when welcoming an on sire visitor. 

Training is essential to be prepared for any and all visits. Either scheduled or unnannounced.
