I learned that it is important to plan out the course by starting with a course outline that i can then use to develop goals, objectives and day-to-day activites.

In this module I learned that in order to be a good leader and example to my students I need to constantly be bettering myself and learning. The first step is to clarify where I am now and where i want to be in the future, and then build a plan to take me there.

In this lesson I learned that it is better to be overprepared for lecture, and that I will mess up at some point but the important part is learned from the mistake and noting it so that I can do better in the future.I plan to implement this knowledge by planning extra learning material for each class, and taking notes about how the class went afterwards, so that i can reflect on how to improve.

This module taught me that I need to be slow to accuse or penalize students, I need to gather evidence in each situation and give the student the benefit of the doubt while I handle the situation.

In this lesson I learned that there are different types of students, and sometimes the role of the students in the class will change as time goes on. It is my role as the instructor to identify the problems as they arise and ty to divert it into something positive so that everyone has a fair opportunity to learn.

So far in this course I have learned that I set the stage for my students development in my class by setting good guidlines and by making rules and expectations clear. I also can contribute to their success in the class by providing a safe environment where they feel comfortable speaking with me and their peer.s
