I learned the benefits and challenges of working remotely and the methods to increase benefits while reduce challenges of working remotely.

Every student has different learning style and different learning challenges. Teacher should be "inclusive" about teaching and assessment method. 

Teachers need to respect students with their "mother tongue" accent and help them through learning process. They might have higher literacy skills than we can think of. 

Learning and respect different cultures are important to understand every student and help the teaching and learning process more effectively.
