I learned that having and maintaining great customer service are really important to the institution. First impressions to prospective students are important too.

I learned to respect the diversity and the importance of creating psychological safety of working environment.  

I learned to manage the balance between work and life so that I can still complete my works and enjoy the life. 

I learned how to set up my workplace at home to increase effectiveness while reducing distraction. 

I learned the benefits and challenges of working remotely and the methods to increase benefits while reduce challenges of working remotely.

Every student has different learning style and different learning challenges. Teacher should be "inclusive" about teaching and assessment method. 

Teachers need to respect students with their "mother tongue" accent and help them through learning process. They might have higher literacy skills than we can think of. 

Learning and respect different cultures are important to understand every student and help the teaching and learning process more effectively.
