Great join the gym Now I stress about going or finding the time. I find when I get the time take it. in this busness when I'm at work I try to give 100% but when away 100% go to I,Me, Mine and around me don't get me wrong great job (place to work ) but when i leave it stays here in my desk i'll be back on Monday you gotta learn to laugh its great for Stress reduction

This is a common issue I face if in the early AM classes the younger student that stays up late the night before and if in the PM you have the student that works and at the end of class the head is down or the eyes open but no one home deal I try to mix up the material i give being animated asking questions but there is just one student that misses I don't want to create a problem and I do ask the student if all is ok I tryed in a few classes the buddy system… >>>
