This content exposed me to several ways to evaluate learning.  It was a valuable learning tool for ME!

Reviewing ways to provide positive feedback is always a plus, everyone prfers that!

The idea of building a dynamic syllabus really made sense!  This is something I will definitely be implementing!

The concept of learning objects and chunking was new to me - I plan to learn more and develop this in my teaching content.

Again, I was intrigued by different learing behaviors; it was very helpful to read about at least a few strategies to manage those behaviors.

This was a nice review and learning of new material regarding drawing participants in with synchronous and non-synchronous learning.  However, what I found most interessting was the breakdown of learning style categories!  I found myself thinking about students I've had who fit very "neatly" into those categories!

I like the idea of the personal bio and requesting student bio - I have done that in the past, but have found I need to keep notes as reminders about the details on each student for a bit!

The importance of understanding the various methods of instruction that are available to learners, and as a course instructor, understanding how to make those methods accessible to the learners.
