I enjoyed it as well, but it is a bit time consuming

I thought the course was relevant and provided good insight.

This was a great course. Much of the material was based on things I already do, but it was good to get the reinforcement through the class.

All, I like the way that the course clearly defined generational roles and how each generation thinks differently. However, in my experience I can say that I have seen all the different characteristics in each of the different roles. I have seen Gen X react they way a Boomer would react, and I have seen Gen Y act in a way that A boomer would act. So when looking at these roles, are we painting with a broad brush? Are we over-generalizing?

When communicating with e-,mail or in a discussion, I wonder if culture comes into play? In some cultures people are not treated the same. Does that behavior come out in written form?
As I look at some of the really good ideas about communication, I wonder if it would help for us to talk about best practice. Also, what does not work well. For me, it seems that 80% of the time, I can communicate well with students via e-mail. Any thoughts?
In this module, there was a link to wikipedia for more information on netiquette. I was surprised to see this curriculum use wikipedia, since we are continually discouraging students from using it for reliable information. Any thoughts?
