Taking the time to familiarize not only content, curriculum but how navigating through a CMS with subject matter expert lenses will help any give situation and also allow a seamless transition and experience for the end user. This not only solidifies ease of access and usage, but allowing the user to still have a similar experience as they would in real life exposure and allow knowledge retention to occur.
