This module was a good that consistent communication and the use of more interactive discussion board questions can help make the material more meaningful and allows for students to engage more interactively with one another. 

The first class is extremely significant in setting the stage to provide a safe, respectful and motivating environment. Class preparations, clear expectations, timeliness, learning student names, building relationships as classmates and with the instructor all help to provide a successful learning environment. 

I learned the significance of modeling- modeling professionalism, timeliness, organization skills and love of your field of study is just as impactful as teaching course material. Being an instructor isn't just about educating hard skills but creating an environment to sharpen the whole student so they can gain interpersonal skills to be a confident and effective practitioner.
