I appreciated hearing that it's important to connect with students individually... I liked the aspect of connecting with them one-on-one about an aspect of the bio they posted... I do think this does a lot to create rapport and trust in the instructor.

I appreciated the concise breakdown of all of the requirements for instructors teaching on-line. It's nice to have a list of expectations before beginning a new task.
