I’m have learned we are ever the student as well. As stated technology is ever evolving and we must grow as well and do our research in order to better relate to the learner. We must also maintain a healthy checks and balances system to reiterate what the learner has grasped .

I learned that consistent and constant contact is paramount for a healthy student educator relationship. I will revamp my communication practices to provide a more personal experience.

That our scope has to be broadened 

Students need guidance and a systymatic approach.

I believe the methodology is accurate. We approach with a system.

I actually learned perception is paramount.  Social media is a dynamic tool to utilize in terms of building visibility and marketing

The learners engagement is based on our approach to them. Being rigid is not necessarily the best approach  to the students educational style or needs. 

The more familiar the student is with your personable side, the more authentic you come across. It is important that you establish a familiar relationship with the student to establish trust. Sharing industry and life experiences provides a level of comfort that cannot be taught.

When not physically present with Instructor it is a non negotiable to provide clear and concise information to student.  This is achieved by proper time management and delivery of materials.Comment on Courtney Minor's post:
