Learning Styles

Learning styles especially for our adult learners is very important. Alot of them don't know their learning styles due to being out of school for so long. So, we do a little test at the beginning of my course that outlines some pertinent information that assists them with knowing what type of learner they are. It assists with the success of the class.

Meet and Greet

After going over this first module I have come up with a new technique to use in my upcoming class. I will create study groups and place them according to their age group and experiences. I think this will take them out of their safe haven and encourage them to think out of the box.
