Creating a customer-driven organization, to me, means placing the customer at the center of every decision, process, and strategy.

You need to learn about technology due to its significant impact on education, everyday life, and our future.

AI has become such a big part of our lives and professions. I used AI recently to teach Foley Care and Chest Tube Insertion (Dry System). The learners loved it.
