The way in which students are contacted and the type of opening, often makes the difference with respect to whether or not they continue in the university.
This is an effort shared by all parties.

I have had the opportunity to remember some parameters that I was possibly not taking into account, and learn some new ones.
It is a fact that we cannot think that online education is the same as face-to-face education, in part this may be the basis of many problems that we have today, since the face-to-face model has been changed to one mediated by zoom, the same way only that using technology
