The different question types such as open and closed, have different ways it could help the students. Open ended questions allow the students to show the instructor, what they know and demonstrate it verbally. and closed helps a student show their memorization skills. 

The tool of using questions to probe the student for information on where they are at, also avoiding putting the student on the spot.

The different teaching styles are important because every student learns differently. Its important to create to make proper learnings plans for each. 

Being a good leader and instructor goes a long way, students, need a teacher to inspire them and help them discover a motivational source to help them learn.

Switch methods such as breaks, stretch breaks and interactive activities and lectures to keep students engaged.

create space where students can relax and focus on what's being given to them. Rather than a space of stress.

Students have different backgrounds and challenges. As an instructor I need to be accommodate for each of them reasonably so. 

Adjust peoples different learning styles, talk with your students and learn how to better help them

This module taught me the importance, of easing a students nerves, creating welcoming environment. and setting a tone for the course.

I learned making time for preparation and planning is important in becoming a great instructor. Making sure my course materials are readily available to students. including my syllusbus.
