I have learned that I should not be afraid of having the course evaluated. Multiple evaluation is necessary to achieve the best course possible and to "close the loop"

Feedback is essential to a student's ablilty to learn. It needs to be specific rather than generic. The outcome is to have the student understand, process and learn the material as well as connecting to the learning objective which is often times missed. 

A dynamic syllabus. A syllabus that allows the students to navigate and find the information they need. Almost like a living being guiding them along the learning path. 

Using a framework is important as it serves as the guide. Do not think that once done always the same. Revision and improvement. Consistency and having the tools and knowledge to use the tools in the correct manner will improve student outcomes.
