I agree that rules and regulations are a challenge. We have to keep up with the changes. There was too much information for me to absorb. Having the option to print the material for later reference was a big plus.

I worked for many career schools ground campus for many years starting at about 10 years ago (as a second job). Admission representatives would tell potential students that working in the medical billing and coding field would bring them $15 to $20 an hour. I was amazed to learn about the "do not call registry" and the regulations about calls to cellular phones. Recently I got a new cell number. Apparently the previous owner of the phone has some outstanding debt. I receive calls asking if this is (person's name) press #1 otherwise hang up. This is bothersome to me because I am busy and do not have time to take calls like this. I decided to press option 1, however, I was asked to key in the zip code to confirm the call. I hung up.
