The decoding and recoding was a significant lesson for me and gives me a better understanding of how material ought to be presented.

One significant thing I will consider impementing is the use of the pre-assessment. This will allow me to anticipate what a given batch of students will be weak with and thus, what I must strengthen as an instructor.

Knowledge of multiple intelligences and learning styles is essential for effective instructors to shape their learning plans to meet the innate traits of their students. 

I intend to develop my students' episodic memory by providing opportunities for students to handle real-world scenarios such as case studies or role playing activities.

This was a hghly informative model that depens my appreciation to the theoretical underpinnings of learning.

There are a variety of strategies I will seriously consider adopting into my teaching practice. Specifically, I look to implement case studies, journal assignments, and activities that will help the student visualize themselves in their future professional role.
