I think problems arrive when mutual respect is not given between the boss and employee. Agree to disagree but respectfully.A good boss creates an environment where ideas are welcome;not belittled.A good boss avoids "political" decisions and judges everyone on their merits. A god boss can accept when he/she is wrong.

Retention starts at the admissions process. If you fit the student in the best program for the level of life experience and education they possess they will be less likely to drop.

A quick self-assessment

Hi,I just completed Ed 106 and found this to be a very applicable course for my student demographic. I will be more aware of learning disabilities and catch them earlier. Overall ,the courses enabled me to retrieve learned teaching skills and recognize issues I was aware of but was procrastinating about addressing. Hopefully I can take additional courses in the future.
