This area discussed many different view points on how the brain functions in a theory vs hands on application. 

Adult learners have a deep reservoir of life experiences that serve as resources for learning. Also hands on approach helps maximum benefits could be achieved in a lab based setting.   

The three different views of development are very good when looking into adult learning. 

I feel that adult learners bring many different skills and learning challenges to the classroom. They also bring experience as well.  

E- learning will help out with the three levels of instruction for our students and will allow students to not feel pressured when in the classroom.
