As an instructor, we all know and understand that students thrive on routine and consistency provided by foolproof classroom management techniques. Students do not welcome surprises, nor do they like  a classroom management system that is disorganized.

A significant difference between synchronous and asynchronous learning is instant messaging and immediate feedback. With synchronous learning, learners can receive immediate feedback from their fellow students or teacher through instant messaging. Asynchronous learning doesn't enable that type of interaction.

With countless online resources, technology can help improve teaching. Teachers can use different apps or trusted online resources to enhance the traditional ways of teaching and to keep students more engaged. Virtual lesson plans, grading software and online assessments can help teachers save a lot time.
