I have learned that record keeping should be kept quick and easy. 

I have learned about both asynchronous and synchronous learning. They are both effective ways when used in the appropriate situations. 

I learned that providing a short biography will help e-learners feel more comfortable. Students who write a short biography as well helps bridge the gap between distances. 

I learned that instructional support and technology go hand in hand to enhance the student learning experience. 

I have learned that it is important to use different teaching styles to maximize learning. 

I have learned that creating a safe and comfortable environment in the very beginning is important.

I have learned that a syllabus is critical for students. I will let my students know to always refer to the syllabus for quick reference. 

I have learned dressing professionally and starting class on time are essential in setting expectations. I will keep this in mind and will practice them.
