Social media has become a key instrument for connectivity and engagement in my courses.  We often reach out to other individuals, administer opinion polls and share information to stimulate intellectual curiosity and inquirery.

I find that collaboration is becoming easier due to using many of the resources found in the modules.  Is collaboration as being a crucial tool in the teaching and learning process.

Work base learning is spreading to more academic disciplines and it is providing unique experiences for students to enhance their learning experiences and overall career development.

The business community input is an invaluable resource that elevates learning.  I have been reaching out more to industry leaders to come and deliver presentations to my students and they have been well recieved.

Project Based Learning is what we are currently transitioning to in some of my courses.  So far, it seem to be working.  It is definitely a game changer in the teaching and learning process.

Student engagement can be tricky one, but with this resource it can be increased and maximized.  I plan to explore new ways to implement this into my courses.

An important aspect of training for a global economy is the transferability of skills.  This is where students gain more marketability and become well rounded prospective candidates.
