What stands out most for me in this module is the sttement that critical thinking is a deliberative process built on lower order thinking skills. As an educator my goal will be to ask questions that help develop these skills.

This module has reminded me of the imprtance of using soft skilss in my position as an educator.  I will focus on incorporating these skills in my interactions with students and colleagues. Arthur Butler's post:

i have learned from this module the importance of soft skills as an esentil too for teaching the hard skills students must learn as part of their education. Successful implementation of soft skills will help me be a successful educator.
