Place yourself in the seats and minds of the students. Try to vizualize the way that they preceive you as an instructor. If you dont like the model that you are seeing, there is a good chance that the students will have the same feelings while in class. 

First impressions are EVERYTHING. No one wants to learn from someone they do not feel comfortable around or that do not appear to have the knowledge that they are hoping to recieve 

Energy is big in the way that the sudents are going to view us. By being knowledgeable, organized, punctual, and showing a sense of passion for the work to be completed, will show students we are engagded in the field and build up their confindence to want to continue with their pursuit of education
